- RECOVERY--BUILDING AUTOMATION SYSTEM (BAS)/HVAC OCCUPANCY SENSORS/REBALANCING OF THE AIR AND WATER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEMS RECOVERY--THIS NOTICE IS PRIVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY Recovery : This is a 100% CMc IDIQ set-aside procurement. The work consist of lighting control systems and modifications to the HVAC systems. Commissioning under this project will include as a minimum: Retro-commissioning and rebalancing of the air and water distribution systems. The scope of work will be described in construction documents provided for this project. The purpose of this project is to improve the energy efficiency and overall operation of the building using the most sustainable methods available. This opportunity is only available to the current contract holders under the pre-priced Statewide IDIQ for the state of Ohio, Zone 3. This is not a request for quotation.
