- WORK CONSISTS of the design and construction of the elevator replacement at John Martin Dam located on the Arkansas River near Caddoa, Bent County, South Eastern Colorado. The scope of this work is to replace equipment, devices, and control systems as specified in the Request for Proposal. The contractor shall provide a complete design including plans and specifications. Contractor shall provide all construction and installation to develop an elevator system which is fully functional and operational.
