- Amendment to extend the offer date LOCATION : New Hogan Lake, Calaveras County, Valley Springs, California. This Procurement shall be conducted under FSC CODE: S201, SIC CODE: 7349, NAICS Code: 561720. The size standard is $16.5 million. TYPE OF AWARD : This acquisition shall be 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business set-aside Request for Quotation. JOB DESCRIPTION : The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, equipment, vehicles, supplies, insurances, transportation and supervision necessary to perform Janitorial Services for the cleaning and servicing of Waterless Type Restrooms (Portable and Vault Toilets), Floating Restrooms and Fish Cleaning Stations and the servicing of approximately twelve (12) 33 gallon (+/-) Trashcans located at various sites at New Hogan Lake, CA. New Hogan Lake has ten (10) portable restrooms with an approximate total of 241 square feet and eighteen (18) vault restrooms with an approximate total of 774 square feet. A vessel shall be necessary to provide services to the floating restrooms. Prospective contractors are strongly urged to visit the site, To set up a site visit contact the Lake at (209) 772-1343 to become familiar with the location and the work involved. The period of performance is for a Base Year and Four Option Years. All Quotations are due not later than 25 November 2009 @ 5:00 PM PST. The acquisition method is Request for Quotation. Evaluation factors for award shall be as follows: Award shall be made to the responsible contractor whose quotation offers the best value to the Government based upon price and other factors considered. VENDORS ARE ADVISED THAT THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELED OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE SOLICITATION, SELECTION, EVALUATION, AND/OR FINAL AWARD PROCESS. ORDERING SOLICITATION : The solicitation shall be available on or about 15 October 2009. The Request for Quotation shall not be provided in hard paper copy. The solicitation and all amendments for this acquisition shall be posted on a secure Government web site known as FedTeDS. If you want all information concerning this RFQ you shall need to click on the box at the bottom called Register to Receive Notification. Access to the solicitation documents on the FedTeDS web site shall be via a hyperlink. The hyperlink shall be inserted into the notices for this acquisition posted on both the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website ( https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ ) and the FedBizOpps (FBO) web site ( www.fbo.gov ) once the solicitation is issued. The hyper-link shall not appear as a web site address, but as text as follows: Available online via the FedTeDS (Federal Technical Data Solution) web site. Viewing/downloading documents from FedTeDS shall require prior registration in Central Contractor Registration ( www.ccr.gov ). If you are a first-time FedTeDS user, you shall also be required to register in FedTeDS ( www.fedteds.gov ) before accessing the solicitation documents. To register, click on the Register with FedTeDS hyperlink, then select the Begin Vendor/Contractor Registration Process option.
