- The solicitation is amended to clarify the date for receipt of proposals. Proposals must be received not later than 3:00 pm Central Time on November 13, 2009. In addition the following is provided. Question: No. You do not have to register first in CCR; however, you will need to be registered not later than the date to be specified by the Contracting Officer. You will need to have your Representations and Certificates filled out not later than November 13, 2009 at https://orca.bpn.gov/ websites. Your proposal must be mailed to USDA-NRCS-NCSU, Attn: Trudy Tisdale, 501 W. Felix, Bldg #23, Fort Worth, TX 76115. Question:Is it appropriate and/or common for the bidding hotel to submit dates that they have the prevailing government per diem and the required meeting space available for the calendar year with their proposal? Answer:If the dates NRCS schedules for the training are not available at the awarded hotel then NRCS will attempt to be flexible to fit the hotel availability within two weeks before or after the original date. Question: I went to the website and put in our DUNS number and it came back saying Search can not be found. I was just wondering what I do now, since nothing is coming up? Answer:Contact DUNS & Bradstreet concerning your DUNS number and/or your problem you are experiencing? (866-705-5711 or www.ccr.gov) Question:Can I email my proposal and other documents to you or do I have to mail them? Answer:All proposals and supporting documents should be mail to USDA-NRCS-NCSU, Attn: Trudy Tisdale, 501 W. Felix, Bldg #23, Fort Worth, TX 76115.
