- RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY WAS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER(S): W9127N-09-D-0004 with Inca/CH2M Hill JV The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - Portland District has awarded Task Order 19 under Contract W9127N-09-D-0004 for the preparation of plans and specifications for the upgrade of the auxiliary water supply pumping system at John Day Dam. The plans and specifications shall cover the pumps, speed reducers, motors, VFD drives, controls, operating/inspection platforms, support and other miscellaneous items. The documents shall also cover the power controls for the new system including the transformer, electrical building, associated lighting and HVAC along with the lighting and HVAC requirements in the existing fish pump room.
