WAGE DETERMINATION S-10-0017 PRICE SCHEDULE-PLEASE RETURN WITH BID STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW) S-10-0017 ATTACHMENT 1 PLEASE RETURN PAGE 1 WITH BID The United States Department of Agriculture facility in Beltsville, MD is requesting a quote for four (4) inspections a year and one of the inspections will be a Full Service Visit. The inspections will include both generators, switchgear and transfer switches. All inspections will be performed during normal working hours, 7:00 am to 3:00 pm non holiday Monday thru Friday. A 24 hour notice will be given before any visit. The contract period covers November 30, 2009 until September 30, 2010 For any repairs or emergency visits that may be required in addition to the inspections. The quote shall also include regular, overtime, and double time rates and their respective hours and holiday dates. Include maximum response time for each shift and dates mentioned above. The quote shall include any mileage expenses and minimum service visit cost. Contractor shall supply all tools, motor oil, filters i.e. fuel, air, oil and coolant inhibitor. The period of performance of this contract is from November 30, 2009 through September 30, 2010 SAFETY AND SECURITY All persons employed in the work, while on the premises, shall comply with all building regulations. Contract employees shall wear a USDA issued contractor badge at all times while at the USDA facilities. Contract employees shall display the badge to USDA personnel while at the USDA facilities. Under no circumstances will contract employees abuse the authority of the badge.
