- Description
- The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, and incidentals, except those items listed as Government-furnished property, to perform janitorial services for approximately eight buildings totaling approximately 11,000 square feet of cleaning space for the Wenatchee River Ranger District in Leavenworth, WA. Services shall be performed as designated in the Technical Specifications of the Solicitation. Except as noted, it is anticipated that all work shall be performed after 5:00 pm, Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday, excluding Federal Holidays. Work may be performed other than normal working days and/or hours upon approval of the Contracting Officer or Contracting Officer Technical Representative (COR). Before vacating the building, the Contractor shall close all windows, shut off lights, and lock all doors. The Forest Service reserves the right to delay the cleaning in the event the office is being used for fire fighting activities or some other emergency. In this event, the cleaning shall be done as soon after as possible, upon negotiating a date with the COR. The Government anticipates one base year, in addition to four option years for this procurement. The solicitation, containing details project information and submittal requirements, will be posted on FBO on or after November 24, 2009.
