- RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER(S): W912DY-05-D-0014, Johnson Control, Inc Task Item A. Outside Air Control Upgrades 1)Scope of Work: The scope covered by this portion of the statement of work consists of providing all labor equipment, materials, travel, sight survey, and supervision to provide a design and construction cost estimate to repair Ventilation Controls in 105 Facilities. a.)Replace existing controls on the outside air intake ventilation system with new electric motorized damper operators. Install, replace CO2 sensors in the return air intake with programmable self-contained DDC system. These sensors must be capable of being deactivated. Provide integrated control sequence for the CO2 sensors and return air intake dampers. Install Direct Digital Controls that are 100% programmable and front end compatible with Johnson Controls, Inc. Metasys building automation system. These facilities are located with secure and non-secure areas.
