- *RECOVERY* ***** THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY ***** ***** PLEASE DO NOT RESPOND TO THIS NOTICE ***** The USDA - Forest Service intends to award a Firm Fixed price Contract for the following project: Located on the Pisgah National Forest in North Carolina, at the Cradle of Forestry In America, this project consists of removing existing shingles and underlayment and replace with specified shake roofing.
