- North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 811310, Maintenance of Equipment and Vehicles at Tooele Army Depot (TEAD). The Period of Performance for the proposed contract is 01 April 2010 through 31 March 2011 with four (4) 100% option years. Contractor shall be within 200 miles driving distance of Tooele, UT. This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. FOB Destination, TEAD, Tooele, UT. This will be a firm fixed price contract. All contractors who provide goods/services to the DOD will be registered in the Central Contractors Register (CCR). You may register via the Internet at https://www.bpn.gov/ccr/default.aspx or contact CCR at 1-866-606-8220. Approximate issue date for solicitation is 20 November 2009 with closing date approximately 14 days from issue. The solicitation shall be issued via the Internet at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ and http://www.fbo.gov. Any changes to the solicitation shall also be posted to these web sites and is the contractors responsibility to check these sites daily for any posted changes. This solicitation (W52P1J-10-T-3002) will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing the following address via the internet: https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED IN RESPONSE TO THIS SOLICITATION IF AND ONLY IF THE COMPLETED SOLICITATION IS INCLUDED AS AN ATTACHMENT IN ITS ENTIRETY. OTHERWISE, ALL PROPOSALS MUST BE FAXED OR MAILED IN BY THE SPECIFIED DATE AND TIME. THIS STATEMENT SUPERCEDES ANY OTHER GUIDANCE REGARDING ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSION. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for bid opening/receipt of proposals may render your bid or proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same.
