- Description
- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Center-Yuma at the Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG), Arizona, intends to issue a fixed-price contract for Power and Communication Line and Related Structures Construction for a base period of one-year with two one-year options. The North American Classification System Code (NAICS) applicable to this acquisition is 237130 with a standard size of $33.5 Million. The Contractor shall provide personnel, material, management, equipment, transportation and any items and services not Government furnished necessary to perform construction and installation requirements to include Inside Plant (IP) and Outside Plant (OSP) construction to expand and modernize the United States Army Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG) telecommunications infrastructure. The Contractor shall perform in accordance with the National Standards, Codes, and Practice documents referenced within the Statement of Work. The contractor shall also perform to the standards and specifications as well as drawings and requirements that will be developed for each Delivery Order (DO) under this contract. The Contractor shall be responsible for performing all activities of management duties, day-to-day operations, inspections, and clean up as a part of this contract. The projected magnitude will vary depending on the project test requirements, projected estimates will be specified in the solicitation when issued. The solicitation for this requirement will be available on or about November 25, 2009. All prospective offerors must be in possession of, or obtain a Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number, a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code, be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database at http://www.ccr.gov/Default. aspx, and be current in the Online Representations and Certifications Application database at http://orca.bpn.gov. Any/all correspondence regarding this acquisition must reference solicitation number W9124R-10-R-0002.
