- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is for full and open competition. The NAICS Code for this synopsis/solicitation is 334419, Size Standard 500 employees. Solicitation/Purchase Requisition Number F2KBAD9289A001 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-37 effective 14 October 2009. The Government intends to award one contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government price and other factors considered. The Government intends to award 3 contract line item numbers: CLIN 0001 - CW single frequency IR Laser, Solid State Laser, 1064nm, 700mW, Non-Planar Ring Oscillator, Free Space output. QUANTITY - 2 each Mfr: JDSU, Mfr p/n: M126N-1064-700 or equal CLIN 0002 - CW single frequency IR Laser, Laser Power Supply, Microprocessor Based, for M126N-1064-700 Laser Head. QUANTITY - 2 each Mfr: JDSU, Mfr p/n: M125/6-OPN-PS or equal CLIN 0003 - Shipping and Handling QUANTITY - 1 each Ensure that all CLINS include any applicable shipping costs, reinstatement fees, and NM Gross Receipts Tax.
