- 1 (One) Lump Sum Rebuild/Retrofit of Mattison Rotary Grinder with a 60 Rotary Table and a 100 HP spindle motor per Statement of Work#16-10-3415 FOB Destination Anticipated scheduled delivery is 8 months after delivery of contract. One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements. This solicitation will be issued electronically, therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Upon release of the solicitation, it will be available on the: Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) at https://acquisition.army.mil and will be listed under Watervliet Arsenal. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above Internet address in order to obtain any amendments that may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of offers may render your offer nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same. In order to be eligible for award, the successful offeror's Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and Online Certifications and Representations (ORCA) must be current. Estimated issue date of solicitation is 11/20/2009, at which time the Statement of Work and Specifications will be released.
