- RECOVERY ACT PROCUREMENT ACTION. IFB #I1790090026 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS IS NOT A NEW REQUIREMENT.This is a notice to inform the general public that this acquisition will be cancelled and converted to a negotiated action. The National Park Service (NPS) has identified a requirement to Repair and Rehabilitate 4 dams in the Hyde Park NY area. This requirement was previously posted by annoucement A1790090026 6 Jul 2009. only one bid was received, the government intends to negotiate with the responsive bidder.
