- NOTICE: Bid Due Date Has Changed The work consists of providing all materials, equipment, and labor to perform demolition and construction work for the V-Plant Control Room renovation in Building 651 at Arnold Engineering Development Center, Arnold Air Force Base, Tennessee. Performance period is 120 calendar days following Notice to Proceed. Invitation for Bid will be available on or about 30 October 2009. Bid opening date will be on or about 01 December 2009. Construction magnitude: Between $250,000 and $500,000.
