- Synopsis for Insulated Rocket Motors NAVSEA Indian Head requires Insulated Rocket Motor Chamber and Forward Closures in accordance with statement of work requirement, Drawing SK4505722, and Drawing SK4505937. The Motor Chamber Insulation: BUNA N. M2BF6172 in accordance with ASTM-D1200. Rubber shall contain 15% 1% by weight hydrated silica as filler material. The Forward closure insulation: Silica filled BUNA N per ACC-32044 or Equivalent. The Government will provide/furnish Rocket Motor Chambers and Forward Closures required for insulation. This requirement is a FULL and OPEN Competition. The NAICS code is 336419. Size Standard is 1000 Employees. The FSC code is 1340.
