- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs located at 1601 Kirkwood Highway, in Wilmington, Delaware is soliciting proposals to provide approximately 4000 square feet in the Atlantic County area to house our New Jersey Veterans Outreach Center which Services our Veterans in this area. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price contract and the acquisition is set aside for a small business. The awarded contract will have a base year and four option years for renewal. The contractor shall provide a full service lease. NAICS Code is 531120. All offerors shall be registered in the CCR data base located at www.ccr.gov to be considered for award. The solicitation will be available within the next two weeks. All interested should contact the Contracting Officer.
