- NSN 5999010505609,CIRCUIT CARD ASSEMBLY I/A/W Avtech Corporation (30242) P/N 1373-1. Quantity of 36 each to be delivered 180 days after date of award. 100% option quantity has been added to solicitation for total quantity of 72. Items will be delivered to New Cumberland PA. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on its issue date of 20 Nov09. The Small Business size standard is 500 employees. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. This aquisition is for supplies for which the Goverment intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under authority of 10 U.S.C 2304 (c) (1). Approved source is Avtech Corporation (30242) P/N 1373-1. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in solicitation.
