- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the FAR Part 12.6, in conjunction with FAR 13.5, as applicable and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, bids are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number VA-257-10-IB-0027 is issued as an invitation for bids (IFB), 100% total small business set aside. The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-34. The NAICS Code is 454319 with a size standard of $7.0 million. Requirements: 15000 gallons of B20 TXLED compliant biodiesel for road use, to include pricing for federal excise taxes per gallon, fuel oil spill fee per gallon and invoice fee, if applicable, to be delivered to the VA North Texas Health Care System, 4500 S. Lancaster Road, Dallas, TX 75216. It is acceptable for each item to be priced separately or together. Bids must be submitted in writing to the attention of the Contracting Officer listed in this announcement by Noon, November 9th, 2009.
