- The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) John C. Stennis SpaceCenter is releasing Cooperative Agreement Notice (CAN) No. NNS10ZBA001C for Dual UseTechnology Development. On November 5, 2009, this CAN will be available electronically through the NASAAcquisition Internet Service (NAIS) Business Opportunities site at http://www.fbo.gov. A Notice of Intent(NOI) must be submitted and reviewed before submission of a projectproposal to this solicitation. NOI submissions will be received through the closing dateof the CAN, which is 30 September 2010. This CAN, leading to the potential award of a Cooperative Agreement, is issued pursuantto Subpart A of 14 CFR 1260, and Title 14 CFR Part 1274 for commercial organizations. Notwithstanding the posting of this opportunity at FedBizOpps.gov, NASA reserves theright to determine the appropriate award instrument for each proposal selected pursuantto this announcement.
