Description

Solicitation No. AG-4431-S-09-0024 Amendment No. 3 Change to the specifications Bid Date and Time and all other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Specification changes/clarificaitons: 1. There is an ATS shown to be installed between the utility transformer and the new MDP. However, there is not specification on this item and it only shows up on sheet E2. The ATS is part of another project. Connect to and extend the PVC conduits from the transformer above ground across the walkway per the drawings. 2. Sheet E2 indicates a duct bank from the utility transformer to the MDP. However, there is a retaining wall and sidewalk which will have to be routed under. Can the feeders use the same route as the existing bus duct? What type of conduit is required? (GRC or PVC)? Can we intercept the existing conduits from the transformer? The 4 each conduits from the existing transformer appear to be 5" PVC. Connect and extend all the ATS shown above ground in GRC. Field verify exact size of conduits shown as 4in. 3. The existing ATS is shown to be removed. What about the wiring from the existing generator to the ATS and from the ATS to the existing panel? The existing abandoned ATS is to be removed along with the wiring. The existing generator and ATS are not part of this project.
