Description

This is a Presolicitation Notice for the following: NAICS: 238160 - Magnitude: Between $25,000 and $100,000Tentatiave date for issuance of RFQ 6300 10 0051 is Novermber 19, 2009The work for this project includes furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to completely tear-off an existing Ethylene Propylene Diene Terpolymer Monomer (EPDM) membrane and underlying Built-Up Roofing System and replacing it with a 0.60 mil bright white Thermoplastic membrane roofing system on Building #102 (7,435 sq.ft.) located within the parks administrative area, 1100 N. Mineral Springs Rd., Porter, Indiana. Work shall include but may not be limited to complete tear-off of all existing roofing, insulation and facial, and underlying materials. The foyer roof is also included as part of the contract. Damaged decking shall be replaced in-kind including underlying structural members as needed.
