- This publication constitutes a Request for Information (RFI) notice pursuant to FAR Part 15.201(E). This RFI is marked For Official Use Only (FOUO). The information contained in this RFI is posted through a non-FBO link https://www.fbo.gov/fedteds/N6893610R0009, which is Export Controlled. To access the information vendors would need to have a DD 2345 in place and certified by the Defense Logistics Information Service (DLIS) Joint Certification Program (JCP). No formal Request for Proposals (RFP) or other type of solicitation will be issued. Follow-up questions may be asked of responders for clarification, but this will not indicate a selection of preference. This is not a commitment to fund any effort submitted in response to this request. The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division China Lake (NAWCWD-CL) will not issue paper copies of this announcement.
