- Provide labor, mat'l and services to accomplish repairs, maint., &refurbishment of U.S. Navy Living Barges. Repairs & services shall include (butare not limited to) test & inspection, towing, temporary services, cleaning &sanitizing, & the potential of periodic docking. Repairs & refurbishment mayinclude all HM&E systems; plus hab equip. such as berthing, galley, furniture, &awnings. This will be an IDIQ, FFP contract. This solicitation will consist oftwo Lots. Lot I: Hampton Roads area. Lot II: Mayport, FL. The contractor maysubmit a proposal on either Lot or both Lots. The contract will be for a baseyear with four one-year options. Award will be based on best value utilizingpast performance/technical/price as evaluation factors. The NAICS code is 336611. This procurement is not restricted to MSRA/ABRcontractors. This is a follow-on procurement. The former contract numbers wereN40025-05-D-5010/5011/5012/5013 and N40025-06-D-6001.
