- PRON: AX9C0297AX. The Government has a requirement for a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement a quantity of 16 each minimum to 96 each maximum of a VAN,VANEAXIAL, NSN: 4140-01-327-1858, Part Number: 414AS701-3 applicable to the BK-CH-47(CHINOOK). Forecasted quantities are: 1st Year, 16 each, 2d Year, 20 each, 3rd Year, 20 each, 4th Year, 20 each, and 5th Year, 20 each with deliveries to Redstone Arsenal, AL. 35898-0000. The required delivery without First Article Testing is 16 each 200 days after contract award (DACA). This item is restricted to WHITTAKER CONTROLS INC., Cage Code 58163 and The BOEING COMPANY, Cage Code, 77272. This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Qualification Procedures for Aviation Requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition.
