- Was awarded sole source to an 8(a) contractor. 1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: The contractor will perform all required services identified in this Statement of Work (SOW). A. Except for those items or services specifically stated to be furnished by the Government, the contractor shall furnish and maintain everything required to perform this contract in accordance with all of its terms. B. The collection and disposal of debris and other associated waste shall be the responsibility of the contractor. C. All upgrades must be completed and will be in working order with grounds returned to a serviceable state no later than thirty (30) calendar days from the date repairs begin. 1.1. Upgrade of Security System: The contractor shall provide as well as install all surveillance system equipment that will have the ability to observe all facilities as well as all entry points into the MSA, to include the ability to monitor and control camera movement, zoom and recording capabilities from building 9153 room 115. 1.2. Inspection of Security System: The contractor shall inspect all aspects of the security system and it must pass operational tests to include hand controls, recording and playback abilities as well as train 7 MUNS personnel before installation is considered complete. 1.2.1 Contractor shall provide written certification of operability to contracting officer or designated government representative at completion of this job.
