- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a total small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 811212 and the small business size standard is $25Million. The small Business Compteitiveness Demonstration Program is not applicable. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Contractor MUST be located within a 30 mile radius of Redstone Arsenal, AL. The contractor shall provide technicians who are certified by Canon, Hewlett-Packard and Lexmark. The Contractor shall certify that they will provide technicians who are certified by Canon, Hewlett Packard and Lexmark. Contractor must provide 365 days of continuous coverage for maintenance of government owned copiers and printers. Contractor shall provide on-site service response within 2 hours of being notified. Maintenance for copiers shall include all parts (drums, developers and toners), labor, service calls and repairs. Contractor shall provide maintenance to include up to 432,000 color pages and up to 872,400 black and white pages. ID# MFG.
