- RECOVERY. This notice is provided for informational purposes only. The project is funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act 2009. This action was a task order issued against an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity A/E Contract for GSA Region 6 (GS06P04GYD0004). The A/E is Alley Poyner Macchietto Architecture, P.C., 1516 Cuming Street, Omaha, NE 68102. The FSC Code is C211, NAICS Code 541310 and the size standard is $4,500,000. Award amount of this task order was $170,800.67. The design work to be delivered under this task order includes, but is not limited to: attend two (2) design charrette meetings, provide estimates for advanced metering, electrical service and distribution, and HVAC upgrades in addition to design and a construction estimate according to a go/no-go from the retro-commissioning and metering report.
