- Description
- The U.S. Government is looking to lease between 16,000-20,000 rentable square feet of warehouse space for dead storage of material, to yield a minimum of 15,000 ANSI-BOMA usable square feet of storage area within the area bounded by: North: The West Seattle Freeway East: Interstate Highway 5 South: South Boeing Access Road West: The eastern shore of the Duwamish Waterway The space should yield a minimum of 15,000 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet of storage area. The proposed lease is for two years, one year firm and should be fully serviced. The estimated occupancy date for this lease is December 1, 2009. The site must be located outside the 100-year flood plain as determined by the USA Corp of Engineers. Interested parties should submit pertinent information to: Terria Heinlein, General Services Administration, 400 15th Street SW, Auburn, WA 98001 no later than October 20, 2009 at close of business.
