- Recovery. This Notice if For Information Purposes Only. This opportunity is only available to the Region 7 Construction for Roofing Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contractors. This project is listed as a Design-Build effort, the purpose of which is to provide both design and construction services for roof systems at the Federal Office Building and Post Office Building in Oklahoma City, OK. The purpose of this project is to completely remove the current built up roof system on the FOB and replace it with a more energy efficient Energy Star Roof. In regard to the POB, the purpose of the project is to replace the disintegrating roof membrane and associated components that surround the tile roof. Repair and upgrade of the POB will result in a more energy efficient system and mitigate the possibility of damage to the interiors. The two buildings, the Federal Office Building (FOB) and the Post Office Building (POB) are located at 200 N.W. 4th and 215 Dean A. McGee respectively, and are part of the Oklahoma City Federal Complex. The resulting Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued to the contractors having already been awarded competed Roofing Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts.
