- Description
- This solicitation SPM4A7-10-R-0080; PR# IQC09266009035 for NSN 1660-00-056-1393 (T-38 Aircraft: Condenser, Separator). This solicitation will be solicited for award of an indefinite quantity contract. The award will be for a base year and four option years with a minimum quantity of 80 each and a maximum quantity of 269 each. The required delivery schedule is 225 days AFAA. There is a Contractor First Article Test required and Export Control applies. This is a fully competitive item. DSCR has drawings available. The Estimated Annual Quantity (EAQ) is as follows: NSN: 1660-00-056-1393; Base Year EAQ: 521 each; Option Year EAQ: 521 each. Delivery: FOB: Destination; Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about 28 October 2009. The anticipated award date is 14 December 2009. Reference notes 1, 23 and 26.
