- RECOVERY THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THISOPPORTINITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO JACOBS TECHNOLOGY, INC (JTI), AUTHORIZED UNDER THEAMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT OF 2009. NASA/SSC has a requirement for JTI toprovide a proposal in accordance with FAR 52.243-2, Changes-Cost-Reimbursement Alternate II. The proposal shall include technical approach, total projected laborhours, projected schedule and breakdown of cost elements to include rates, overheads andfees; and any other information required to determine the reasonableness of the proposal. This will not extend the period of performance. Please respond as required no laterthan October 20, 2009.This is for informational purposes only.
