- NOTE: THIS REQUIREMENT HAS BEEN MADE A 8A SET-ASIDE AND IS RETRICTED TO SKILL-METRIC MACHINE AND TOOL, INC., DELRAY BEACH, FL ****ATTENTION****ALL FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION MUST BE DIRECTED TO: Joni Swaim, Contracting Officer, email: joni.swaim@us.army.mil. No telephone calls will be accepted. PRON: AX9C0274AX, NOUN: Wrench, Spanner, NSN: 5120-01-962-9671; P/N: 114G1154; Quantity: 44 each minimum/444 each maximum, 5 year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) applicable to CH-47 with deliveries to Texarkana, TX. Required delivery is 44 each 413 Days After Contract Award (DACA) and up to 100 each year until contract completion. The First Article Test Report is due 263 DACA. Required Delivery without First Article Testing is 44 each 275 DACA. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Offers are not solicited from other than Small Business concerns. Offers are not solicited from other than Small Businesses. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering and tooling or manufacturing restrictions. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation however; solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
