Description
The Engine Test Stand Maintenance Service Contract will be a services contract that provides for both on and off site maintenance for two models of A/M37T-20 Series Jet Engine and the latest model of the A/M37T-21 Series Turboprop Test Stands for all USAF customers. The T20 type test stand supports testing, at the Intermediate Maintenance Level, of turbojet and turbofan aircraft engines that exist in the Air Force inventory to evaluate problems so that repairs can be accomplished. The T-21 type test stand accomplishes the same objective for T56 turboprop engines. The objective is to support Full Mission Capability (FMC) for associated aircraft. There will be one basic year and 4 options. The quantities for each period and NSN are listed below. It is anticipated that the pricing arrangements with the award will be and Material and Firm Fixed Price Time. Additional tasks included with this contract will be commissioning of moved stands and providing telephone technical support. The test stands consist of four major parts: thrust/turboprop trailer; fuel trailer; control cab; and instrumentation, data acquisition, and control (ID&C) system. The four components which comprise the test stand shall be repaired and functionally tested in accordance with applicable Air Force Technical Orders and Contractor design specifications. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source Celtech Corporation (CAGE Code: 65552) under authority of FAR 6.302. However, Interested Party or Person(s) may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a quote(s). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes.
