- Solicitation for, NSN 6220-01-203-9495, under PR 0022697254, Display, Indicator L. The following information applies to the NSN: This is not a commercial item. This will be a single NSN solicitation to a Firm-Fixed Quantity of 3224 each with a 100% quantity option. This is an unrestricted procurement with other than full and open competition as a source controlled item, FOB: Destination, Inspection/Acceptance: Destination. Delivery will be 200 days ARO for the production units. The approved source is cage 58774; PN KW 205S-X. The award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. “A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the same issue date cited in the solicitation.
