- Concessionaire Campground Offering on the Beartooth Ranger District The Custer National Forest is soliciting concession applicants for a special use permit to operate and maintain Woodbine Campground located on the Beartooth Ranger District near Nye, MT which is approximately 60 miles west of Red Lodge, MT. The Woodbine Campground facility included in this offering has a total of forty-one single family camp sites and two small group sites. There is also one campground host site with water, electrical and telephone hook-ups and a 1000 gallon septic tank for sewage disposal. One special use permit will be issued to the selected applicant for the facility through a competitive process. A tour of Wodbine Campground offered in the prospectus will take place October 29, 2009, beginning at 12:00 P.M., at the entrance gate to the campground. Proposals for the campground concession will be accepted until close of business, November 16, 2009. Please contact Jeff S.
