Note; certain Questions and Answers have been added as an Attachment to this solicitation. Please review this Q and A for possible impact to your proposal. We sincerely apologize for these past amendments but they were necessary due to errors in the solicitation. Also note the proposal delivery date has been extended to October 28. 2009 at 4:30 PM.
