Description
BPA Terms & Conditions Ammunition Bid Schedule Washington Headquarters Services is seeking to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for ammunition, training ammunition and other munitions. The specific items requested are contained in the attached bid schedule. Please be aware a BPA is not a binding contract, but an agreement. As an agreement, prices must be set prior to any orders being placed against the BPA. Additionally, since it is an agreement and not a contract, either party may choose to terminate this agreement provided a 30-day notification is given. In addition to the bid schedule, please find attached general terms and conditions of a BPA. If you are interested in establishing a BPA, please complete the attached bid schedule of any and all items your company can supply, but please do not add additional items to this list. Your prices should be your best pricing terms, including any discounts for prompt payment and delivery. This office shall establish at least one, but could elect to establish more based on item availibility. The vendor(s) chosen for this agreement will be based on pricing and compatibility with Government weapon systems. The items listed on the bid schedule are “Brand Name or Equal”. All equal submissions must be accompanied by specific product information for evaluation or it will not be considered for award. Moreover, vendors may be required to submit ammunition samples for Testing and Evaluation to evaluate performance with Government weapon systems prior to final selection. Vendors with the capability of providing a majority, if not all, of the items on the bid schedule will be evaluated more favorable than vendors who can only provide select items. Furthermore, pricing for the initial year of this agreement shall not be revised unless authorized by a Contracting Officer. If your company is selected to establish an agreement with, additional information will be forwarded. This information will include how calls are placed, as well as a list of individuals who are authorized to place calls for this proposed agreement. All price lists shall be submited via email to james.robinson.ctr@whs.mil NO LATER THAN October 23, 2009, 9:00AM EST. Point of contact is James Robinson, telephone 703-696-4068
