Description
October 1, 2009 Solicitation Number: SA4705-09-Q-0160. This is a Request for Quote This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2006-36. This is a total small business set aside. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) assigned to this acquisition is 532420. The small business size standard for this NAICS code is $25,000,000. The Document Automation and Production Service (DAPS) intends to procure short term leases for copiers and maintenance service for DAPS customers located in Guam. The United States Government intends to award the contract to the lowest priced technically acceptable responsible offeror in accordance with FAR 52.212-2. Contractor shall provide 5 networked multifunction devices. Devices shall be network capable, have copy, print, and scan capabilities in accordance with the statement of work. CLIN 0001 - Networked color multifunction device with a minimum of 25 copies per minute, 600 DPI or greater with collating and staple finishing capabilities, scan capabilities, and shall include 2,000 B&W and 200 color copies per month. Quantity of 1. CLIN 0002 - Networked color multifunction device with a minimum of 25 copies per minute, 600 DPI or greater with collating and staple finishing capabilities, scan capabilities, and shall include 3,000 B&W and 800 color copies per month. Quantity of 1. CLIN 0003 - Networked color multifunction device with a minimum of 30 copies per minute, 600 DPI or greater with collating and staple finishing, scan, and shall include 3,000 B&W and 500 color copies per month. Quantity of 3. Selected Technical Requirements •Color copiers with oCopy, oPrint, and oScan capabilities •Firm fixed price to include all consumable supplies with the exception of paper. •Firm fixed price to include all copies. •Minimum of 600 DPI •Collating and stapling capability •DISA SPAN capable •IPv4, IPv6, or hybrid IPv4 & IPv6 •NIAP validation •DIACAP accredited •ONENET approval See Attachment A for additional requirements. FOB Destination addresses are provided on the delivery schedule (Attachment B). Delivery points of contact are also specified on Attachment B. Delivery shall be December 1, 2009 although the Government welcomes no-cost accelerated delivery. The period of performance will not exceed six months. The FAR provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition and no other addenda apply other than the submission instructions below. The FAR provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items applies. The Government intends to award to the lowest price-technically acceptable quote from a responsible offeror. In accordance with FAR 52.212-1(b) the vendor shall submit their quote on company letterhead or other document of vendor’s choosing. The quote shall contain the following information: (1) The solicitation number; (2) The time specified in the solicitation for receipt of offers; (3) The name, address, and telephone number of the offeror; (4) A technical description of the items being offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements in the solicitation. This may include product literature, or other documents, if necessary; (5) Terms of any express warranty; (6) Unit price per month, and any discount terms; (7) “Remit to” address, if different than mailing address; (8) A completed copy of the representations and certifications at FAR 52.212-3 (see FAR 52.212-3(b) for those representations and certifications that the offeror shall complete electronically); (9) Acknowledgment of Solicitation Amendments (if any); (10) A statement specifying the extent of agreement with all terms, conditions, and provisions included in the solicitation. Offers that fail to furnish required representations or information, or reject the terms and conditions of the solicitation may be excluded from consideration.
