- You are hereby informed that the following changes are to be incorporated into this solicitation: 1. Page 6: Para. 4(c) Other: First sentence - change 5th calendar day to read "10th calendar day"; add at end of third sentence - "with supporting Health Insurance Claim Forms (HCFA-1500)" 2. Page 9: At bottom of page add: "Contractor shall be guaranteed payment for 500 enrolled veterans for the first six (6) months of this contract. If at any time during the first six (6) month contrat period Contractor exceeds the 500 enrolled veterans, Contractor will be reimbursed for actual enrollment." 3. Page 37: Add - Para. O (at top of page) to read, "Contractor personnel who have VA BHHCS computer access shall wear VA ID badges." 4. Page 40: Para. o: Change seven (7) days to two (2) days in the first sentence. In the third sentence change the number 14 to the number 30. 5. Page 48: Para. C.3 52.216-19 Order Limitations (OCT 1995) Delete in its entirety. 6. Page 67: Para. E.8 52.212-2 Evaluation - Commercial Items (JAN 1999)- sub para. (a) Factor 1 Management and Experience: Change sub sentence to read "Describe capability and/or mechanism to be used to begin contract performance with approximately 60 days after contract award" in lieu of currently stated 90 days. 7. The date for receipt of proposals is now changed to close of business, 4:30pm, October 30, 2009.
