THE ACCEPTABLE SOURCES ARE STERLING MACHINE COMPANY INCORPORATED (03983), WHITE ENGINEERING SURFACES CORP. (2M223) and ENGELHARD CORPORATION (31214) WITH P/N 4036T45P01. RFP Due Date: Quantity: This is a definite Quantity RFP Solicitation I/A/W FAR part 13.5 Procedures. This procurement is for a quantity of 9,645 units. The solicitation is a stand alone requirement. This procurement is for 1 item. NSN 5315-01-009-5468. This acquisition is a set aside for small business. This solicitation requests offers on a stock basis only. A quantity of 9,645 shipped to W1BG DEF DIST DEPOT SUSQUE, DDSP NEW CUMBERLAND FACILITY 2001 NORMANDY DRIVE DOOR 113 TO 134, NEW CUMBERLAND PA 17070-5002. The Government does not possess complete unrestricted technical data therefore the government intends to solicit and contract with only a limited number of sources. Other than full and open competition applies under the authority of 10 USC 2304 c (1). Delivery is as follows: 120 days. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Anticipated award date: November 30th, 2009.
