- SOURCES SOUGHTThe W.G. (Bill)Hefner VA Medical Center, 1601 Brenner Avenue, Salisbury, NC intends to negotiate a sole source commercial item procurement with AT&T (Bellsouth) for Telecommunication Local Club Services at the OI&T Services. Contract will be awarded for base and (1) option year period beginning October 1, 2009 through September 30, 2010. This proposed procurement is for supplies or services for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. The decision not to compete this requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government.
