- Food Service and Culinary Arts Operations The Carl D Perkins Job Corps Center is soliciting proposals from qualified organizations to provide food service and culinary arts operations at the center. Necessary documents and specifications may be obtained from the purchasing department on or after October 1, 2009. Please e-mail request to Tracy Reichenbach at reichenbach.tracy@jobcorps.org. An offeror's conference will be held on October 19, 2009 at 2:00 pm EST in the Conference room of the Administration building.
