- Description
- The following is a list of the services to be provided to the Rock Island Arsenal and their tenants and are In Accordance With (IAW) Command, Control, Communications, Computer, and Information Management (C4IM). 1. Communication System and system Support 2. Information Assurance 3. Automation This is the CIO/G6 approved services that are to be provided to U.S. Army Garrison Rock Island Arsenal (USAG-RIA) and tenant activities, which includes baseline and mission levels of support.. The day-to-day services provided by DOIMs on installations, includes network operations, desktop services, email, telephones, and connectivity to long-haul communications. All work performed will be IAW the Army approved C4IM Services List and supporting documents (IT Metrics, Army Information Technology (IT) Metrics Glossary of Terms and Army Information (IT) Metrics Program Metric Clarification) with responsibility belonging to the contractor to address the impact/if any, to changes in performance standards with the COR, before implementation of new performance standards are enacted. The contractor, (responding technician ) will resolve problems with priorities and timetables identified in section C.14.j. When resolution cannot be completed with the identified timetable, the technician will advise the customer and document on current trouble ticket an estimated time to complete/resolve the identified problem, and all associated action to complete resolution. Some of services and/or performance requirements specified in this PWS may deviate from the C4IM. These changes are unique to Rock Island Arsenal and take precedence over C4IM guidance.
