Estimated Response Date: 21-Sept-09 To: PARKER HANNIFIN: The proposed contract action is for supplies orservices for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate withonly one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. QualificationRequirements, QR's, do not apply.
