- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation and incorporated clauses/provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-24 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement DCN 20080303. This solicitation incorporates by reference the following FAR and DFAR clauses: 52.212-1, 52.212-3, 52.212-04, 52.212-05, 252.211-7003, 252-212-7001 and 252.232-7010. Please see the attached document for Line Item Description. The Government w! ill award an order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions. This is a sole source requirement in accordance with 6.302-1. WPAFB intends to award to Argent, 75 Rockefeller Plaza, New York, NY 10028. Period of Performance is: 10/01/09 through 09/30/10. FOB Destination. The Ship to Address is: 88 CS/SCO, 2435 Fifth Street, Wright-Patterson AFB, OH 45433-7802. Proposals shall be received at ASC/PKEIE Attn: Harry Simmons, 2275 D Street, Bldg 16, Room 128, Area B, Wright-Patterson AFB OH 45433-5309, or by e-mail to harry.simmons@wpafb.af.mil by 1:00 P.M.
