- A Requirements type, labor hour contract will be the results of this RFP. Approximately 51K hours per year of Guard II - Secret Clearance - services, 6K hours per year of Executive Driver -Top Secret Clearance - services, 21k hours per year of Clerk - Secret Clearance- services, and 19K hours per year of Guard II Supervision - Top Secret Clearance - services; for an approximate yearly effort of 97K hours. Interested offerors shall have a Top Secret (OR INTERIM TOP SECRET) facility clearance at time of closing.
