- RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. MODIFICATION TO EXISTING CONTRACT - The Indian Health Service, has issued a modification using American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) funds to add funding to contract number CB7507001T3. The contract is for software, testing, deployment, maintenance and technical user support for EHR RPMS applications. The project was awarded using competitive procedures which resulted in the award of a combination T&M and FFP task order against the Answer GWAC. Uncertainties involved in contract performance did not permit all tasks to be priced on a FFP basis because some of the cost could not be estimated with sufficient accuracy to use any type of fixed-price contract. As such, a Time and Materials type action was awarded with FFP pricing where possible. (FAR 16.601). The ARRA funded Modification work will be issued under CB7507001R and this part of the task will be priced on a FFP basis. The ARRA funded modification will contain a 5 month base period with the option for an additional 12 months and an extension of services, if required for up to an additional 180 days.
