- RECOVERY THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W9127N09C0004. Portland District Corps of Engineers issued the following five (5) modifications using Recovery Act Funding, to Contract Number W9127N-09-C-0004, for Willamette Falls Locks HHS Inspection at West Linn, Oregon, Contractor Triad Mechanical (DUNS 107963498) a small business. Due to an oversight, these modifications were not posted for public information. This announcement covers the information for all five modifications as follows: Modification number R0006, Services of Craftsman. Line item 7011 was to delete existing bid item number 0015 (seals for gates 1 & 2) mod #R0003 -$20,430.00; Line item 7012 Wage rate adjustment increased by $31,295.00; Line item 7013 Services of skilled craftsman was increased by $43,099.00 total amount of recovery act funding for modification R0006 $43,864.00. Modification number R0007, Interim Quality Adjustment. Line item 7009, increase quantity of CLIN weld repairs over 50LF from 50LF to 125LF $187,500.00 total amount of recovery act funding for this modification $187,500.00. Modification R0008 Interim Quality Adjustment. Line item 7009 Increase quantity of CLIN weld repairs over 50LF from 125 LF to 225LF $250,000. Line 7013 Increase quantity of CLIN Services of a Skilled Craftsman from 350 hr to 550 hr. $24,628.00, total amount of recovery act funding for this modification $274,628. Modification R0009 Gate 1 Quion & Gudeon Repair Line item 7014 increase line item amount $8,673.00, total amount of recovery act funding for this modification $8,673.00. Modification R0010 Gate 1 Pintle Furnish/Install Line item 7015 increase line item amount by $100,000.00, total amount of recovery act funding for this modification is $100,000.00. The total amount of recovery act funding for the five (5) modifications identified above is $614,665.00, project number 151465.
