- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W911SG-92266000. QUESTION: There seems to be some contradictions on the four solicitations numbers. Please ensure that the last eight characters are correct and I will be able to determine which solicitation the quote applies to. The last eight characters are the same. QUESTION: The solicitation requires Complete Descriptive Literature for the items proposed. Please what this entails. Can you provide an example? Please provide a description such as year/make/model. The description needs to clearly identify that the vehicle will meet the requirements of the solicitation. QUESTION: What are the liability insurance requirements? Clause 52.228-8 Liability and Insurance Leased Motor Vehicles is inserted in the solicitation. QUESTION: Will the government reimburse the contractor for any damages that occur to the vehicles while being used by the government? What is the process for submitting a claim? Covered in Clause 52.228-8 Liability and Insurance Leased Motor Vehicles QUESTION: For the 4 hour response time for the on-call service technician, on what area of Ft. Bliss will the trucks be used? The trucks will be used on improved road surfaces including gravel and packed dirt. They will be used throughout the Fort Bliss property including ranges.
